Tina Serota

Village Community Specialist

As the Village Community Specialist, Tina’s responsibilities include promoting, managing and directing the day-to-day Village members needs and services as well as programs, social events and service partner coordination. She promotes the Village within the community through speaking engagements, special events and marketing.

Tina manages and executes programs and events, forms partnerships with local businesses and organizations and conducts community outreach.

With experience in education, as well as positions as an Assisted Living Activities Director and as the Director of Services and Programming for an international music festival, Tina is no stranger to working and making connections with the community. She is dedicated to growing Village by the Shore and offering programming focusing on the wants and needs of members.

As a new full-time local resident, Tina looks forward to bringing the community together by working with seniors, baby boomers, service partners, volunteers and more. She is a member of Hadassah, enjoys gardening, cooking, music, crafting and volunteering with children and the older adult population.
