Director of Health Community Initatives me
As the Director of Healthy Community Initiatives, Caelin is responsible for managing The Lynn Kramer Village by the Shore, which offers programs, services, and care coordination for older adults, The Rothenberg Center for Family Life, which provides education and health wellness programs, Volunteer Services, and the Food Pantry. Caelin also handles the development and application of grants to secure funds to support programs and services for older adults and other community members.
Prior to joining JFS, Caelin held the position of Grants and Compliance Administration Manager at the Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey. In addition, she held the roles of Project Administrator and Quality Coordinator at the same organization.
A graduate of Monmouth University, Caelin earned a Master of Social Work degree, with a Post-Graduate Certificate in Advanced Clinical Practice. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Georgian Court University. She is a Board member for the National Association of Social Workers – NJ Chapter.
